Very, very good collection of images. Really captures what I imagine the mood and atmosphere to have been like.

A long way from the pampered pro's. Some in cleats while others in bare feet along with the spectators on the sidelines add to the photos.

Great series. Every image tells its own story.
If you wonder why African footballers do so well in Europe, here's part of your answer - they are tough as teak. I've watched a few matches there - the tackles made me wince.
