Somehow, sitting naked on a bicycle seat doesn't seem appealing Might be fun to watch though However most of the participants seem to be of the male variety

The last two. On the bycicle.

This kind of pictures, were my position doesn't change that much, I usual shoot in M, just to disable the lightmeter. In the first one I choiced for an exposure before the bikers arrived. With the bikers it turned to be too long.


This second one ws in front of the Rijksmuseum, full of tourists. I wasn't able to shoot their faces together with the bikers.

Interesting set of shots George. Disabling the light meter certainly didn't reduce the exposure any and I would have to say superb composition since you have managed somehow, to preserve the dignity of every rider. Not an easy thing to do under the circumstances.

Actually I am very impressed with the amount of modesty you managed to achieve. I assume these shots were carefully selected for our sensitive eyes?

Good to know you remembered my statements about raw files. I hope you understood what I tried to say. I know at least of one that didn't.

I think Binnur is right saying "Not very aesthetic". The bodies are not appealing on what "we" are supposed to call " beautiful". But beauty isn't an objective understanding and it changes is time and in place.

I like to shoot social events. Making pictures of what's going on. Or what's not shown. Just that.

Some people are cycling naked through the city. That might be normal on a beach but not in a city. They get attention for a sake they believe in, I get my pictures.

Obviously they're a group of nudists, used to walk naked. I'm not. To shy. But one thing I admire in them, is that they accept a human body as its is, not as other people want it to be. And that's a huge difference.
