I just don't like the square or 10 x 8 crop. Didn't want to get too close either, but it is what you find behind Votivkurche, I suspect this isn't a graveyard and below my feet is a car park.

I think your subject is far and in the foreground, there is too much of non-contributing grass land.... This time I don't vote

You should have avoided the fenced plant and moved to its level, shot from a ground level, giving more prominence to the flowers in grass, I feel

Cheers Nandakumar, one of the harder ones but looking up with buildings out of focus if possible to do without blowing highlights would have been better.
