canyon in harsh light
It was mid day driving through the Wind River Canyon, so, I tried putting a ND8 and polarizer filter

Just curious...I haven't really mixed and ND filter with a polarizer...what was your purpose?

Re: canyon in harsh light
The image seemed a bit less than sharp. I played with it using NIK Viveza shadow and structure sliders plus adding a bit of PP sharpness with the CS6 unsharp mask.
I am wondering if, instead of adding the ND filter over your polarizer (generally, I don't like stacking filters) if a three shot HDR might not have given you the apparent water movement...

Do you have one without the ND polarizer? You can catch the water movement better without the ND, can't you? Just curious...
