Impossible for me as I see the roof of the black part.... and it is as I took the picture

It is actually Yellow and Blue as the RGB is 45-56-80 but do understand the conceptualization.

It is not a rotation issue as much as it is a slight need for a bit of distortion control. I just used PS's Edit/Transform/Distort and pulled the upper right box a tad bit up as you can see in the image edit. I used two guides for vertical and horizontal alignment.

If I understood correctly I rectified H and V distortions (via torsion), in addition I changed my "black/blue" in a "true black" (selection of black parts + desaturation)

The yellow and black is wonderful in it's tonality. I like how you cozied up to the facade of the building Jean!
