Poor, Poor, Pitiful Me
I can't help feeling sorry for this baby Myna bird. Just sitting on a branch on a dull day, wondering when his mother will be back with something to eat.

Nice captures Chris. I won't feel too sorry for him, around here Noisy Miners are aggressive little buggers that drive most other birds out of the yard. His cousins the Indian Mynas are even worse. They could be the reason Senator David Leyonhjelm wants the restriction on the import of the Adler shotgun lifted.

Very funny Richard and Chris...Bill was here a while ago while I was looking at the picture in this post and read Richard's post because I laughed so hard. He said Myna birds sounds like a woman complaining. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I sent him back to bed -- he can't say much harm when he's asleep.
Very nice shot, Chris -- It must still be a bit cold over there where you are. I like that you captured the fuzzy young feathers. The expression of its eyes (face) is an excellent shot that made it for me.

Chris, enjoying your birds shots. Maybe after a rough night or two. Great images.

It does indeed look pitiful. Nicely captured.
