    Nice shots and I like especially the control of the depth of field.

    We have similar dragonflies here but with a single and wider dark band at the wingtips. No idea what they're called.

    I was just about to say the same thing, Maurice...I prefer the second shot better.. a pity about the parts of the bush that covers her slightly. Love the bird too...

    Thanks Ted, we have a dragonfly similar to the one you described; it is called a Yellow-barred Flutterwings.
