Helpful Posts: 'Amazing Wheelbarrow Race' was the name used by the organisers for Fiji's first organised wheelbarrow race in aid of The Frank Hilton Organization, a charitable organization that looks after disabled children here.
The turnout was great, with a 7.00 am race start the light was good and I tried to capture the fun and effort the participants put into it.
No 1 - What it's all about
No 2 - The biggest guy pushing the smallest girl and using non road legal tyres
No 3 - At least the seat had coverage
No 4 - Supercharged
No 5 - Strange, they are pushing down hill not up

One of my interests in shooting events such as this is to try and produce images that are strong enough to be used for publicity and promotional purposes, which gives me a 'challenge'.
There is already talk of doing it again next year due to it's success.

Made me smile looking at each of them...a feeling like 'wish I was there' sort of thing...I love the expressions of each of the participants...must be fun to be there even just to watch...
