Goodness me, what an undertaking. Where does the Christmas tree go?
Very nice layout!
The bottom of the Christmas tree is displayed in the top right area of the image, Donald.
Nice efforts, that looks like a great undertaking for you both.
Really nice setup. I use a few strings of multi colored LED bulbs (they generate almost no heat) and place them beneath the snow. The colored lights shine through the snow and it looks almost like street lights are reflecting off new fallen snow... I keep thinking that I would like a train set to include within my village but, each year say "Maybe next year!"
What gauge I is the model? Is it HOn?

It is great to see someone go to so much trouble to make Christmas special, just love it and your images.
Very cool Tony. I like the cars, trucks and buses.
Tony, you are a very lucky man with a artistic wife. I enjoyed the Christmas images, thank your wife for me.
Alan, Maurice, thank you both. We've lived in England for the past 12 years but Judi (my better half, "she who must be obeyed") now suffers from Alzheimer's and is in care. She was always my artistic side - could paint, wrote children's stories - and I was/am the more technical side. She always designed the layout, I plugged in the lights......
Beautiful Christmas parks.... will that locos move?
Alan is very good with trains...nice setup indoors. Have you set up the garden one yet?
Yes. the locos will move. They move so fast they tend to suck the snow up off the floor.
Izzie - It's raining out! So no, the train is not setup out in the garden area, but, I do have a nice sized track setup in the living room for me to practice my videoing on. I have a 'film' car perfected that allows a 'beside the train' look as the train is running. Pretty cool when you can look down the side of the train while it's running. Makes it seem like you aren't really on the train, just riding next to it.
This looks cool...hope you show us what you got when you finished it, OK...I am very excited about your project. On this side of the fence, we just put our Chrissie tree up yesterday. It means, vacuuming not just the family room and the foyer where they both stand but also the whole house. I am exhausted. Next will be the planning for the dinner and the shopping part from my other tasks.
Oh btw, I was reading the new almanac and it says that your area will have a lot of rain next year...so I guess you will save a lot of mullah for the water bill, eh?
This Year For Sure... Every year, I say that I am going out to shoot various Christmas decorations and every year, things seem to get into the way...
THIS YEAR HOWEVER
