I regret not posting for quite some time. I've been busy both at work and with miscellaneous work around the house. I've been taking photos in the little spare time I've had, and have a backlog of images to sort through. I hope you like these photos and, as always, C&C is appreciated.

Technically fine but but they seem to have something of a sad look on their faces; or maybe it is just the way I'm looking at them.

Perhaps the male lion also seems a bit haughty.

Yes, a bit of subject movement with the gorilla, as you mentioned; but at least you got the face sharp which is the main thing.

Thanks, Geoff., for your comments Both lions, but the female in particular, tracked my movements as I lined-up the photos. I think she's staring at me in the photo. The tiger seemed to have no interest in me. The juvenile gorilla is always on the move, with his movements being very unpredictable. He really seemed to enjoy playing with the coconut shell.

Thanks for your comment Maurice. I have to work on getting a blur-free image of the juvenile gorilla.

Thanks, Jim. I'm glad you liked the gorilla photo. He's a bundle of energy and always on the move. I hope to get a completely in-focus shot of him to post.

I'm glad you liked the tiger shot, Dave. I got this shot very soon after the zoo opened for the day. He seemed to be content just watching the small crowd that was observing him.

Thanks, Binnur. I'm glad that you enjoyed viewing the photos. I had good luck photographing the "big" cats on the day these photos were taken, but so good luck getting photos of the great apes.
