    Nice texture and exposure. Consider cropping on the left and right, still leaving extra negative space on the right while making either a vertical or square orientation.

    Most important, if you still have the sculpture available to you, light it to create soft shadows so you can determine which style of shadow you prefer. The soft shadows will still bring out the texture but the large shadows under the nose and on the neck might be more appealing to you when soft. If you shot it in a museum, I understand that you can't change that aspect of the lighting and may not be allowed to change any aspect of the lighting.
