Helpful Posts: Local Club did a surf contest yesterday and since the waves were tee-tiny, they only ran the under 10 kids event. Some are short boards, some long. Some of these real little ones were 5 years old. The little "hot-dog" kid just turned eight and is all of 63 lbs soaking wet.
As an Aside, though it was only 75 degrees, this old toot got a naughty little sunburn from the reflected light off the snow white beaches.

I loved the expressions of absolute concentration on the kids' faces! My favourite is probably the second photo. You weren't kidding about the snow white sand!
