I gotta smile, Chris...as I cannot ID this one, I'd say I am looking at a soon-to-be Peking duck. Joking aside, look at this link:

They are a domesticated hybrid Crested Duck. The top knot is caused by a deformation in the duck's skull. Strange, but true.

Nice grouping in the first image and with the second one it looks as though the duck is trying hard to look serious, but there appears to be a smile faintly hidden.
