I also like this shot but, would consider cropping from top and image left...

There are a number of crop alternatives with this scene, although in many ways I rather like this current combination of a person with a landscape image.

One serious problem for you though. It rather looks as though you have a lot of sensor dust inside your camera.

It may brush/blow away but possibly some specialist cleaning is required.

Mike, I like it but for some reason her eyes don't look natural. I think it is related to the direction she is looking.

    Re: Cheyenne

The question I have is really what you are trying to achieve with this image. Is it a environmental portrait? Is is a landscape with Cheyenne as a "prop"?

My view is that I should not have to ask the question, as the answer should be obvious from looking at the image. It is not. You have to decide; if it is a portrait, then the subject must be the primary object in the scene. If it is a landscape, then anyone interacting with it needs to complement the shot.

The strange looking eye is due to Cheyenne having turned her eyes so that they are completely to one side in her eye sockets. This should be avoided. While it is not necessary to have the eyes centred, there should be a reasonable amount of white visible on either side of the iris.
