I like Raymond, though I would desaturate the greens quite a bit as they are very strong.

I have the same reaction as Jim: a nice shot, but the background distracts. I find this sort of thing so difficult that I often give up with shooting in situ and take the plant home, so that I can shoot it under controlled lighting with a plain background. Last year I did a bunch of shots of opened milkweed pods--one of my favorite subjects--in a local park. I ended up tossing them all because of the backgrounds.
