    Early Morning Departure

I bought my new D750 body less than 48 hours before I left for Churchill and had had next to no time to play with it. I couldn't resist taking these low light shots from the plane as we were taxiing down the runway shortly before dawn. I was winging it as far as shutter speed was concerned. All images have had C1 noise reduction applied. C&C welcome. I think the second one in particular lost some of its snap in the conversion to jpg.

I think they all look good. The light has a great tone to it, as many have commented already. Nice shots!

Thanks, Ole and Trev. Not sure what you're saying, Brian, but if you mean that your Raw files never looked so good SOOC as they do in C1, I'm agreed.

That too. But in C1 if you click on the gear symbol you will go to process recipes. If you go down to format you will find lots of file types. TIFF, JPEG etc. Click on the one you will export in and all of your pp will be done in that type so there is no surprise when you export.

I use a process recipe, Brian (no other way to export), but I think it is inevitable that something is lost in the JPEG compression, especially as small as I am going.
