London Apartment Building Abstract
Another of my semi-abstract pictures of buildings. This one is a detail of a building on the Thames in London. I think it is an apartment building. [Probably a very high rent one] The sunset-like colors caught my eye.
Thanks for looking. I am always looking to improve so C&C is always desired.
Technical Details:
100mm at f4.5 for 1/160. ISO 125

Re: London Apartment Building Abstract
An interesting shot. My one suggestion is that if you try it again, step back or go wide to get more of the building. That would make the patterns more obivous and the chairs, tables, etc. less so.
This reminds me of a shot I took at night from a walkway about 10 floors up in downtown Boston. I was completely focused in the interesting patterns created by the lights shining through big windows and only realized later that I had been shooting directly into people's apartments. Given that I was shooting at night and lights were on, I could see farther in than in your photo, but fortunately, there were no people in the shots.

Re: London Apartment Building Abstract
I once occupied an apartment in a block of 9 - 3 tall by 3 high. I got everyone to open their window coverings and turn on their lights at dusk and shot the image of how each apartment had been configured to match the needs of the occupiers. I was an interesting exercise and pretty much everyone in the building wanted a copy.
