    Macro Winter

I was hoping a bit of sunlight yesterday would improve my odds of achieving focus. Never had this much trouble shooting bugs all summer. Not sure if it's the watery eyes or the cold weather shakes.

While ice as a subject may not be any more exciting than fungus, my attempt was to compose an interesting shape within the frame.

Thank you. I've been thinking that a lot of what I find interesting would resonate at your wavelength. I'm just not sure where to start.

Lulu Island as near the airport? Nice shots. The ice shot might be benefit from a lower camera angle? From say the 10 o'clock position?
