Terrific!
I really like the colour of the fly and the blurred background behind, they could seem busy, but they don’t, they work in harmony together, the background not detracting from the subject.
One thing that grabbed my eye when I didn’t want it to, is the end of the stick, it’s whiter and brighter, so competes.
I would cheat a bit and either clone or tone it down, even though it is the natural environment.
