Wall of Bucoleon Palace, the only part of the Byzantine Great Palace still standing. Located on Kennedy Caddesi along the Sea of Marmara...
For a California guy like me who lives around hundred year old buildings that we Californians call "old"! The antiquities of Istanbul are really interesting.

Rainy day
It is not frequent to rain in the morning in Setúbal...
The weather today was rather rough with some wind and rain. I went inside the town hall and got this simple photo. I am just trying to get some practice with the sophisticated and complicated system of the Sony camera.

In 2011 on the Island of Madeira, one street (Funchals, Rua de Santa Maria, which is the oldest street of the city) had a project of art work. The project “Art of Open Doors” brightened up the doors on this street. Here's a small collection of my images from 2011 made in this street. It's a couple of years since I last visited the Island but I believe that the art work still exists.
