Its is a beautiful gallery styled construction; i don't reckon it as space extravaganza; in that case many famous monuments of the World come out to be failed space management. Need we think all the free space on Earth is meant to be filled with concrete?...

I can only assume that the design was meant to maximize sunshine on that particular side of the building, many of the condos on this particular island had the same design, thanks for commenting.
