Panorama - Marsh - Point Pelee National Park
I'm teaching a course on doing panos at one of the local photo clubs in a few weeks, so I'm updating some of my material for the course. I've recently purchased PTGui, a piece of software that is much faster and more reliable than the Adobe offerings and am trying it out. There are 15 images in this pano.
Point Pelee National Park is the southern most point of continental Canada (Pelee Island, a short ferry ride to the south is the most southerly point in the country). The national park is on a major bird migration route, so the place is absolutely overrun with birders in the spring and fall.
This shot was taken during the evening Golden Hour, towards the end of July, so was quite deserted.
