    On the Grimsel Pass

A rework of an old photo taken in 2012. I gave this a deliberately aggressive b+w treatment.

Correct Dan. It is 15 years old now and I still get a lot of fun driving it.

ps I did not photoshop the dead flies from the licence plate. It looked twice as bad when we eventually got back to England.

Nicely processed And a very nice car.
A ex colleague of mine used to have an old Aston ( DB2 or 3 not sure which now) Just to give an indication of the time his daily runaround car was a Morris Traveller the version with the timber adornments.

Good thing that you were not driving a motorcycle. You would still be picking all the flies out of your teeth.

I find that the bright rocks are just a touch too distracting.

    Thanks Peter.

Mine is a DB9. They made a lot of them and it is certainly not in the category of the cars you mention, although having owned it for 10 years now it is nice to see that it does not depreciate anymore.

I had issues with them too. I started off by reducing exposure there to lessen their impact but it just ended up looking mushy. I did want the car to be shown in the location however. Maybe I should have gone for a square crop.

When I was a student I did a 40 minute motorcycle ride each day to and from college. Swallowed plenty of flies !

But what I remember most is during the winter having to shove my thumb down between the rocker covers when I was stopped at lights to stop them going numb !
