I took this image in March 2011 as a . jpg while sitting in my concert chair at the Port Fairy Folk Festival in Victoria, Australia and listening to American born/Canadian singer Shakura S'Aida. I wasn't aware of RAW files at that point in my photographic journey and hence the .jpg
Part way through one song, the white stage light fell on the lead guitarist.

Camera: Canon 7D Mk 1 @ 1/60 sec, f/5.6, ISO 640
Lens: Canon EF 70 - 300mm f/4.5 - 5.6 DO IS USM at 120mm

Cropped out Shakura S'Aida.
Cloned out the stage lights and microphone stands
And recently, sharpened and denoised (if that is a word) the image with Topaz AI

I like both, oh and Port Fairy we stayed there in 2014 sadly not when the festival was on. I don't suppose you have any images of Vin Garbutt if he was there in that year?

I remember seeing Vin Garbutt at Port Fairy. I did a quick check of my old catalogues and he was there in 2010. Alas I have no photos of him

Thanks for looking Martin. Sadly Vincent died in June 2017, he was a great entertainer his one man shows were brilliant.
