You probably already know the identities of the damselflies. Your beetle is one of the Cantharis family. Looks like C. cryptica or pallida but those two are virtually identical from photos. Not sure about the bee though. I have tried to learn bee identification but I find them so difficult, even when I have good quality images from all the required angles.
