Excellent pose and accessories. Almost "painterly"!

I like the use of analogous colors almost everywhere but I am not sure about the choice of bright-ish patterned gray for the dress? Perhaps it were a lot darker and of a complementary color such as blue?

[edit] I tried a dark complementary color but it contrasted too much with the rest, therefore perhaps a triadic purple or a triadic greenish, a bit darker and certainly less saturated to reduce the color contrast?

Thank you for posting another interesting portrait, Javier. I see that you are trying Rembrandt lighting in this shot; one has to be careful in how one lights as different types of lighting give a different character to the image. Rembrandt lighting is quite dramatic and I'm not convinced that is best for your subject; for young ladies we tend to use either loop lighting or Paramount / butterfly lighting. These two lighting styles are generally associated with beauty light.

I find that the skin has a plastic-like texture which suggests you are being a little heavy-handed in post-processing. Skin textures should be preserved.

I also find your crops on the bottom (hand) and right (elbow) are a little awkward and draw too much attention.
