    OK but the pale edging around the doorways is a bit over exposed.

    Bruce,

    the webp format isn't standard. to try options on this, I had to read it into irfanview to convert it to JPEG, which Photoshop and ACR can read.

    I agree with Geoff, but I think more generally, it's over exposed. The white balance also seems off--too yellow. Using some of the white that isn't overexposed to set white balance moved it substantially toward blue and magenta. I then cropped, dropped the white point, added a little midtown contrast, and burned the foreground and the red barn to darken them. These are just quick and dirty steps, but they show the directions I would take this.
