Very dramatic lighting, but is it the best way to light a young woman?
While I like the model and the pose does work, the heavy shadows on the camera left cheek, under her nose and on her neck don't really work for me. I suspect having a white reflector, just out of frame to bounce some light into those areas to open the shadows would have resulted in a stronger image.

I also agree with Manfred, the deep shadows would be better lightened a bit.
