    Good depth of field. Did you use focus stacking?

    It was a single shot, f/11, 1/800s, ISO 500, with Nikon PF300 + 1.4TC (420mm).

    Good shot !
    Being able to increase ISO without noise problems is a great help for macro, I regularly shoot at ISO1600 or even 3200 to be able to keep a small aperture for dof and still be fast enough to freeze movement due to wind etc.
