Don, I like this image much better than the West Falls pic, as the hotel sign and
building were really distracting me from enjoying the falls themselves.
Did you consider taking the risk of hiking down to that retaining wall, and getting
a much closer perspective? (I think I'd have had to try...at least once..lol)
That's a lot of water flowing through there, and it looks like it's carrying loads
of mud and silt along with it. I live on a river that flows at 18,000 CFS on an
average day, and when above flood level it was flowing at 112,000 CFS..right
through my backyard..:eek:

The lighting in this image is nice, the colors of the muddy water really come through. I love how the falls look here with all of the water. I am curious as Mike was if you were able to get any other angles?
I was able to get a couple of different views. I was not able to get down to the wall. It was blocked off and very wet and slippery. One view was from farther away looking directly at the falls.
