A Little Unusual {Bottle House)

Usually do not use HDR, but wanted details to pop out, House is in South Texas

I liked it; i feel the violet-purple colours look a bit harsh :rolleyes:

What a colourful place. Nice shot! Is this part of a museum? The processing looks painterly. Very nice...

Very striking image. Was the mottling on the window due to ... mottling on the window?

You are probably correct, but when printed 13x19 it looked very good to me

No, th ehouse is in the middle of nowhere literally, they have been working on it for at least 6 years

That is dreamy and other worldly. Very cool shot. Did you light the sandy foreground at all... Anything else you want to add about this shot would be interesting to me.

No, did not use any artificial light I was right by road,at sunset used graduated filter in light room to increase exposure about to about 1.5,. I had to look at photom as I forgot what I did, but I used HDR again, I think these are only two photos I have used HDR on, every now and then a person is at the right place at right time

Both very nice Lee but #2 is special for me as I'm a landscape shooter :) I would fix the halos at the edges of the mountains though ;)

only house I have seen like this, it is in middle of nowhere and in drive, have sign welcoming visitors, quite a unique place

Hi Lee, kindly avoid posting images along with the earlier ones through later edits; one late comer to the thread may wonder why people are silent about that image etc. Please post them as new entry in the same thread or in a new thread.....
