Another nice image, Javier. The image feels cramped in the frame; cropping through the camera right elbow and cutting off the fingers is not something we want to see. Your key light position looks a little low; I prefer seeing the key light at the 2 o'clock position which would get you a lower and more pronounced "loop" on the camera left side of the nose. I also wonder if turning down your fill light is a touch too bright.
