Leuwins Honeyeater
I don't usually photograph birds, but this fellow and his mate visited our garden recently and stayed around for a while giving me a chance to practise. Your comments and advice more than welcome

You should consider shooting birds more often. This is a great image. Detail, comp and b/g are excellent. Well done Graham!!

Graham, I like everything about it! The colors, contrast, DOF, catch light, sharpness... The only thing I can think of would be to add a border.

Re: Leuwins Honeyeater
You are very kind but I don't think that I have the patience. Birds move fast and by the time I dither around looking for a long lens and a tripod they have usually gone. This fellow just stayed around, I think we had the only food plants in the area at that time. I shot a lot of frames just to get this and one or two other reasonable shots.

Border? I thought I did. I will keep trying. The photography comes easier than the computer stuff.
