Very nice, Willie. As usual, you really make the colors *pop* on that one!

The b&w conversion layer must be too sharp or high in contrast, Chris. I could probably add a soft focus layer on this one to tone it down. Thanks.

Better, but it still seems a little over sharp around the petals. On my monitor, there are clear halos.

I might probably have to make a new b&w layer if that's the case. Time for some coffee break first.

Maybe there is something wrong with my monitor or my eyes. But I love them both. I like sharp pictures. Just my preference.. Beautiful as always.!

    Willie,

I was really amazed by the technic(or off-the-shelf solution) which allows to put the image inside the frame, you name it "lightbox". Could you share info about lightbox solution with us? Thanks.

Annyeonghaseyo , Don . Lightbox is a feature here at CiC. If you uploaded or included a link to where your image was saved on the web it will automatically be viewed "in the lightbox" once somebody clicks on your image. As for putting my image inside the frame, it's a simple procedure that can be done on any version of photoshop. Hope this helps.

Jiro, the second adjustment has clipped the reds on the flowers. For me the over sharpening manifests its self most noticeably on the large leaf that is just in the DoF transition zone. This is so near to being a breath taker

Thank you very much, Steve. I'll check the clipping on the red areas again. As for the focus, I might have missed the right focus just a tad on this one.
