Stunning b&w image Willie. So much detail on the kids and dolphin.
Thank you very much, Ron.
I have to hand it to you, you sure have the clarity, contrast and pop-factor going there, Jiro.
Great action shot willie. That conversion rocks.
A picture of joy. It's fun to look at them.
Great job as always, I could look at this picture all day..
Ditto on Donald's comments - nice one!

You dont get b/w much better than that. It is not a scene that you would automatically assume was taken with b/w in mind but it works very well. I have noticed though that some of your recent images are bordering on over processed (says me). It seems to be the combination of sharpening and the PP processes. Like I say it is just verging but just a shade more and it could have taken the life out of the image.
I hope you appreciate that I am giving you C&C at a different level on your images now...starting at perfection and working back
Thank you very much, Steve. I need a critic for sure, and thank you for being one. I'd probably back off a little bit on the sharpening side and I'll post another version of this one. I could probably eliminate the last sharpening process and see how it works. Thank you very much, Steve. Cheers.
Can't add to what has been already said. Excellent work Jiro. I prefer softer 'better' image. Do you think snipping a small strip of concrete off the bottom edge would get us more closely involved within the family activity, less standing on the outside looking in?
