A Pinky Rose
I hope to post an image this time finally, which I failed to do it properly just a few days ago! That is, a pink rose, at its early days of opening..

I like how you were able to preserve the detail on the texture of the petals with your image. There was also good background bokeh to separate the flower well from the background. If I may say, I think the only thing that lack from your image is a touch of sharpening. I like this shot, Sir, but I would probably like it even better with a different composition for some drama.

worth waiting for. Roses are my favorite because they have so much shadowing and detail, many 'faces', even the buds stems and leaves have character
