Supermoto Panning

Here is a my attampt at panning, Its all new to me so remember this when you comment

Awesome! A highly modded supermoto with slick tires! The rear swing arm was extended in length for better stability in turns, amazing! performance forks at the front end and after market brakes. Yeehah! As for the panning and the photography - great! A little adjustment on the exposure and white balance and this is definitely a killer shot for me. Great shot, Paul.

Yes very good. But I like the shadow so I would probably keep it dark (the shadow) during PP.

Er yes, well, thats a department that I REALLY dont have a clue in

To be fair, I think you all are being a little too kind to me, in terms of the picture, what could I have done to better it, is their anything that stands out that makes you go "oh i dont like that, or "I would have done this or that ?"

But thanks for all the comments, I have a great deal to learn and its people on this forum that are giving me the best help and tips...So thank you again.

My opinion is that light from the left would have been good but that doesnt take away from my appreciation of the shot. Maybe I would have a fraction more foreground at bottom since I personally like shadows to be part of the subject. Other than that PP is all it needs, and if you try it you will be amazed at what you can do. Look in a cycling magazine and see what their photos look like, I think you'll appreciate yours.....

Quick suggestions;
#1 raise black point

#2 more space needed in front of bike

#3 clone out feet out top right and white thing above/behind girl there

#4 slightly blur trees on left, so bike is only sharp thing

#5 crop right hard, if possible, add more on left (same reason as #2)

#6 not good due to tents and camera, dull the tents and clone out the camera?

#4 is my favorite too, very good. I feel that the leaves on left are OK, sometimes I like to have something in FG sharp to show location and kinda 3D but I guess to emphasise the action subject should be only sharp image......
