Rose-breasted Grosbeaks and Pine Grosbeak
This little fellow sat and ate at our bird feeder for quite a while.

Re: Rose-breasted Grosbeaks and Pine Grosbeak
Cheri,
I'm looking for 2 days at your pictures, and I really don't know what to tell you. Those little birds are quite cute, and you should take advantage by their habbits, if have the habbit to come to feed in your backyard.
The first picture is heavyly unballanced, looks too heavy on the left side. The metalic device for feeding is to big and too heavy for the fragility of the bird.
The second one looks a bit better, the wodden pole is more "natural". The yellow/black colours of the seeds may pop a bit the colour of any little bird, but try to fill a bit of light and put more vibrance in those colours.
I've tryied to crop a bit, in fact some agressive crops, I hope you don't mind, to illustrate what I'm seeing in those pictures.
I hope my comments are not offending you, but I think is better to have any feedbak.
Hope it helps,
Leo

Thank you for your feedback and comments. I do see what you mean by cropping out the distracting parts of the image and balancing the images. Any feedback is welcome and feedback helps us learn and improve.
