love the noise you added.
here's my pic.
Beautiful shot Raycer.
A couple of images from my travels using a point and shoot. I am looking forward to creating some B/W images with my newly acquired DSLR. Tareq the contrast in your images is stunning...something to strive for.

Wirefox,
you're on flickr.
Post a link!
Great job everybody, keep posting!
Wow very nice shots Wirefox
Nice series Wirefox.
Er... OK but I have not used Flickr for some time and have not updated for yonks. The last four posted on Flickr were just a convenient way to get images onto this forum. You are more than welcome to have a gander. Apart from a couple of images all were taken with my trusty FinePix S7000 point and pray so do not expect any outstanding imagery Now I have my DSLR I will get a pro account and keep it updated.

Hi Mark,
Is this where I should say; "Mark, mate, Step away from the Photoshop Effects and keep your hands where we can see them"?
More seriously, that's a very nice image.
For me, it would have been a great image if only the guy and the dog had a little more frame left to stride into.
Hope you don't mind me saying so, feel free to 'retaliate' on my next picture post!
Hi Wirefox,
For me it's more like "Point and Noise Reduce" (twice, if over ISO100), but I prefer "Point & Pray", it rolls off the tongue so much easier, nice one.
BTW, I agree, a nice set of mono images you posted above.
Cheers both,
Thanks for your positive comments all. Chelsea nice image. For the old skool look I find the subject matter is all important. For inspiration check out Margaret Cameron's work from the 1860s. Sadness a portrait of Ellen Terry taken in 1864 is one of my all time favourites.
Briliant Wirefox
Specially the last one with the stones. Greytones, contrast, composition all really perfect!!!
