Help choosing pocketable camera with AF area select focus (250-300 USD)

I have small budget (amount 200-300 USD) to buy a new traveled camera. After 5 hours surfing on dpreview and google, I have only 1 choice is "Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX150". But I think in CiC, I always get a expert advice for my problem, so...

My needed functions are :
- have RAW file mode (for improve image quality, color balance and sharpness)
- Can give video mode (if it can change focus point when recording, it will be perfect I can spend more 50 USD for this function (if needed ) )
- Have manual focus and selectable focus area ( some compact cameras give human face detect & focus and tracking, but I'd rather shot landscape, macro flower and insect, so selectable focus area is the most important )
- image quality is the second opposition, but I think 10Mpx is ok
- With macro capability I can spend more 50 USD (if needed again )

Generally, those functions are: landscape, macro and video with selectable focus area

Any help and suggestions much appreciated.
