Im shooting in raw and stitching the photos together to make panoramas,

You can with CS5 RAW, and I'm never sure what Elements looks like. I always assume it's the same.
Load your multiple images together, then press 'select all' Edit one of the shots, then when finished, press 'synchronize' and that will apply the settings to all the shots. Then open them in PS and they will all be the same edit mods. Stitch them as normal.
easy as that, thanks heaps,
although there was no "synchronize" button just open image
if by synchronize you mean that the changes settings were applied to all images then yes
When you select all and synchronize in CS5 it applies the RAW edit settings to all of the shots in RAW edit at the time, based upon the currently active shot. So, if you have three shots A, B, and C loaded together and you edit A then select all and synch, B and C will have the changes to A applied to them. But if you don't have a synch button I don't see how it's happening in Elements. Maybe Elements works differently.
Must be a bit different then,
as i selected all and then continued to edit the first photo and the other photos changed in the thumbnails on the left hand side as in your image. then i opened images and each one had the changes
Good for 18% grey card; choose all the images with the same time and orientation as your grey card image, make the grey card selected, select all and click the dropper on the card.
Converts the whole lot.
