Thanks Folks for the kind comments re the Cat,He was hunting a bird that was about 20ft up a tree...not much ability but has real enthusiasm......Bill44,could I be so bold as to suggest you start with Kittens? I think most peaple could manage a whole one of them :) Wally
The secong one is too super cute hehehe. The first though hmm, don't trust him as it looks like he's thinking up a sinister scheme. I love cats despite being allergic to them, my ex had two, they were great but man my eyes and nose don't like it too much.
One of them looked like a teddy but I've destroyed my pics of her (more to do with association of the owner than the cat :D ), soft as can be as used to do things like try to jump through a window 30min after you closed it, really! I remember that day, she sat watching the window for a while trying to decide if could make it being old and slow (physically and mentally), decided she could a long time after I closed it and landed on a stack of dvd and cds sending everythin flying. Yeah worlds smartest cat hehehe.
Hi Davey !
Yes, Emily is photogenic cat :D
Sorry to hear that you are allergic to cats. It is great to have one or two.
Emily is very nosy and it makes me sometimes mad.:) She brings me to do what she want, if not....loudly miaowing.
Sometimes both are fighting with another and jumping over the furniture. It sound if they wanna demolish everything. :D

Here's another of our 4 cats; Tasha, very affectionate when she feels like it, but humans don't exist when she doesn't.

Taken with camera at ground level to avoid the garage door/ground line cutting her in half, hence her look of consternation at what I'm doing down there!

A jpg capture with minimal PP; just a crop, straighten, local contrast enhance, downsize and sharpen.
Hi Dave!
Nice shot. She looks very interesting. :) Have never seen a cat with such an interesting skin drawing.

This is Sox and Eeyore after a minor disagreement. The image is not too good since the animals insisted on being backlit.:)

Hi Brigitte,
Yes, she is very interesting, unfortunately it doesn't photograph very well because her fur is so long and dark, it absorbs light like a sponge, it changes depending from which direction she is lit and which you are viewing from. Also whether it has been stroked flat or is sticking out, like on her chest above.
She's super soft, but doesn't like being picked up or cuddled much :o
In summer she lives outside in our garden 24h/7d and with fur that thick, in the autumn she'll still sleep out overnight even when the frosts start. Eventually she realises and moves indoors for a few months.
Cheers,
