The background looks natural but I suppose running a Blur Tool around it wouldn't do any harm.

Thanks Geoff. I had thought about that but the natural Bokeh has a fairly significant blur already and I was afraid I'd loose the detail in the long eyebrow and other hairs if I did. Unless, that is, there is a way to do it without loosing the hair detail?

Yes it is a tricky shot to do anything else with it; at least anything simple.
What I was thinking about trying was to just run a softish blur brush over the hard edges of the background to see if that would soften the overall look.
