And yours are much further on that those in my garden. I wonder if maybe the angle could have been different, so that we don't get that very bold, almost horizontal, line cutting right across the frame?

Ours aren't out yet, even though we are on the same latitude as you, in Usk. Lovely colours. I too, might have angled it a little, as Donald suggested.
