Tritone Sunrise
Woke up early and managed to catch this scene before the sun really came up.
Got lucky...usually the hills are brownish this time of year. C&C welcome as usual.

Re: Tritone Sunrise
I think its a pretty cool shot. It's hard to tell where the earth ends and sky begins. A bit more light on the foreground would have added that much more depth.

That's a very nice image.
As Scott suggests, there is an option on an shot like this to retain just the smallest detail in the foreground land and not let it go competely to black. It's a matter of choice.
The aspect ratio you've chosen for the image works very well.

Re: Tritone Sunrise
Lovely image. Many of my shots are sunrise/sunsets and it really enhances them when the foreground isn't so black - as Donald suggests,it just needs a hint, a touch, not to be overdone .'Subtle adjustment' comes to mind.

Re: Tritone Sunrise
I did allow the foreground to go dark in post-processing. It was a decision I made and I'm glad to have posted it to see the feedback.
Thanks to all.
