Nice calming scene Steve. What did you do in photoshop? Make the sky a little darker?
Is is a little underexposed?

I like the treatment. (let us in on what you did so the comments can be more directed to the process). If you are mucking about with image, try cloning out the duck on the right and the imperfections on the water so the feeling of peace and solitude with one swan is enhanced. The sky nicely balances the water. The sightly overall darkness of the image adds to the peaceful feeling.

Yes Steve I like it too. As the others have said, it would be interesting to see what pp work you did or perhaps the original image to compare.
There is some overlap in the categories of this website but could I suggest you may get more feedback with a thread like this in the section Photo Commentary and Competitions/Nature and Architecture. Just a thought.

Hans no with sky, it was an overcast day and that was a whole that just poked out! and fog!

I think it is lovely; but I'm a bit of a realist as well. So I only take out things that look odd. Is that a duck, it looks odd.
