    B&W conversion in LR3

    anyone kind enough to share their secrets in creating a stunning B&W photograph using LR3?

    I like using the rolling dot thingie. In the B&W Mix panel, in the upper left hand corner, there's a little round dot thingie. If you click on that, and then in the image, click on an area, and drag up or down, you can affect how that color appears in the B&W conversion. It's like using the channel mixer sliders but waay easier to target exactly the colors you want.
