Face in the rock
Sometimes you just stumble on thngs that stop you in your tracks. Walking along the rocky shore line on a little island outside of Helsinki last week I was comfronted by this image. No, it isn't a painting, it's part of the rock itself. Ok, I've upped the contrast a bit and cloned away some bird droppings (Barnacle geese) but otherwise it is as is.

Yeah Jim, I can see an almost cartoonish face (reminds me a little of Fred Flintstone...just a little)
...Or a cave art painting.

The red ochre colour made me think of an Etruscan vase.
