I CAPTURED THIS PERSON WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY. HE TOOK LESS THAN 45MINITUES TO FILL THE TRUCK.I TOOK SO MANY SHOTS TO CAPTURE THIS IMAGE. I LIKE THIS ONE BECAUSE IT IS REALISTIC OF HIS LIFE.LIVING AT PRESENT.

You might try just panning the worker and capturing his action while the truck and surrounding area remain in crisp focus. I do like the sharp contrast of B&W tones, but also need to caution you to oversharpening which is readily apparent in this image in the sharpening haloes around the man's body.
