I like it! The DOF makes the subject stand out really well. I would maybe adjust the colors a bit and try and get some contrast between the green and the black.

I agree with what Michael has said about the colour and contrast... ...I took it into Photoshop and did Jiro's high contrast effect on it and it has made it stand out quite a bit more... Why don't you give it a go?
I also cropped it slightly, cloned out a couple of the distracting blobs in the background and sharpened it ever so slightly.
Hope you don't mind me posting this... ...it is, of course, your picture and I take zero credit whatsoever...
